United:Leather Cuff

This Leather cuff is apart of the United Collection. This is a collection that has been created with the ideas of division, difference and the yearning to connect us. In this work I have been using scrap leather like unwanted skins and telephone wire to piece us together as one. Now more then ever we see ourselves divided, in the world, in our communities and in our friends and families. 

Made from leather, telephone wire with two snaps for the closure. This cuff is 18cm in length (7") The narrow part of the cuff is 3cm (1.25") wide. The widest part is 4.5cm (1.75).
